Lawson Cline is an Omnex consultant with experience focused in Manufacturing Quality and Manufacturing Quality Management. Lawson spent 15 years developing products and processes as a Manufacturing Engineer and Engineering Supervisor. During his work in the contract manufacturing environment, there was a high emphasis was put on product integrity. Additionally, the implementation of ISO standards was a natural course of action for improvement measures for the suppliers of leading medical device companies in the Twin Cities metro area where Lawson focused his energy. Lawson also has 16 years of experience in Quality where he held roles in Supplier and Quality Engineering and roles in Quality management. Lawson also actively helped support the development, changes, and improvements needed for those quality management systems. He has experience auditing as a 1st and 2nd party auditor to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485.

Lawson has a successful track record of experience with Lean Six Sigma using Minitab Stats Software, Supplier and Customer Relations, Cable R & D, SPC Principles, Hypothesis Testing, QA/Auditing to ISO 13485, 8D Problem Solving, PDCA, Capability Analysis, FDA QSR part 820, Rubber & Plastic Molding, CAPA, Risk Analysis using FMEA, Process and Product Development, QMS Development, Teamwork, and some Project Management. Based in Glencoe, MN, he will be supporting Omnex with a variety of training and consulting projects, (with an emphasis on ISO 13485, ISO 14971, & MDSAP).

His education includes that from Minnesota State University, Moorhead where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology. He also earned an Associate of Applied Science from the North Dakota State College of Science and he has attended many professional courses.

Stephen Hall is a senior consultant and Experienced Quality Professional with 25 years plus from junior management through to senior roles, with a strong focus on quality practices and customer focus. He is also an experienced aerospace Auditor both in process and supply chain who has a passion for continuous improvement through quality and cost.

Mr. Hall has extensive aerospace knowledge gained through production / inspection, management, and Auditing at all levels over the last 25years, an effective communicator / trainer in AS9102 First Articles, 8Ds, 5why’s, 5S and facilitator of quality best practices, who has worked internationally with the likes of Rolls Royce, Boeing, MOD, Airbus, B.A.E, Safran / Messier Dowty Bugatti and Bombardier gaining a broad understanding of customer requirements and quality standards.

Stephen Hall is a certified lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, AS9110, AS9100, and IATF 16949.

Having spent 10 years in management roles, Stephen well understands the need for a robust process linked to a Good quality management system.

Ronald Goins is an Omnex Consultant, senior manufacturing operations and manufacturing systems professional with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Operating System and Process Improvement expertise. These skills are readily applied through coaching, consulting and training to improve new product, current manufacturing and business operations.

Ronald is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and practical adopter of the Lean Manufacturing, Process improvement methodologies and Integrated Systems Design. He has successfully implemented these processes at a major automotive OEM assembly plants. Ronald has had recent 3-year international assignment experience in Asia covering powertrain manufacturing operations in China, Thailand, and India for development, implementation and training for Quality Operation System and Integrated Systems Design.

Ronald has 33 years of experience in automotive manufacturing and Global Manufacturing Quality covering areas from production superintendent to Continuous Improvement Manager to Global Quality Powertrain Process Lead responsible for development and implementation of integrated manufacturing plant operating systems including standardized processes in Safety, Quality and Throughput. He has launched team-based manufacturing structure on the plant floor including roles, responsibilities and daily activities that promoted continuous improvement, employee engagement and increase in Customer Satisfaction. He has conducted many confirmation audits and worked with Leadership Teams to development action plans to achieve the desired future state. He has led multiple cross-functional projects using statistical problem-solving methods using Global 8D, DOE, Six Sigma and other quality methods applying the seven step Process Improvement Methodologies in manufacturing and engineering. Ronald has led and participated in multiple workshops focusing on identifying the Gap Analysis and ultimate implementation of the Lean Manufacturing, Process improvement methodologies and Integrated Systems Design.

Payam Koochak is a Consultant for Omnex, Inc. Payam has a wide range of experience developing and implementing responsibility in Quality Management Systems, as well as manufacturing, production, and distribution management in a variety of industries. His experience includes extensive work with Toyota, Honda, Nissan, GM, Ford, and Chrysler for automotive and Bombardier, Boeing, Safran Landing system, Collins Aerospace, Trinity, and more for aerospace industries, also supporting surgery kits for hospitals to meet Health Canada and FDA regulations.

He has developed and delivered training and consulting services for different industries in the strategic implementation of integrated management systems incorporating ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, AS9100D:2016, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 14001:2015, lean manufacturing, and auditing.

Payam is an intacsTM certified Provisional Assessor for Automotive SPICE for EV/AV industries and has experience in assessing and consulting automotive companies to implement the requirements of ASPICE PAM 3.1.

Payam’s focus is on decreasing the cost of poor quality to meet quality objectives, improving on-time delivery, and reducing scrap rates by engaging employees, planning, training, and motivation; as a result, he is particularly adept at the integration of quality, production, engineering, purchasing, environmental, Health & Safety to enhance overall performance and competitive capability.

Vignesh is an Automotive Cybersecurity Consultant for Omnex, Inc. Vignesh has over 13 years of experience in Automotive product design & testing working with ISO 26262 Safety & ISO/SAE 21434 Security projects, Process implementation, Systems Engineering for ADAS and Vehicle Functions, Vehicle Network Architecture, and Vehicle Diagnostics. His experience includes extensive work with Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan and various other Global OEMs and Tier-1 level E/E suppliers.

Vignesh has developed and delivered training and consulting services domestically and in all major international markets, primarily to senior and management groups, in the implementation of management systems and technical methods incorporating ISO/SAE 21434: 2021, and UNECE Regulation R155 (Cybersecurity Management Systems)

At the consulting level. Vignesh is consulting Automotive Manufacturers in developing ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity processes for the organization & product development, supporting organizations in developing Item definition, Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA), Cybersecurity Goals, Cybersecurity Concept, and Cybersecurity Case.

Vignesh is also actively involved in performing Organizational level Audits and Product Assessments for Cybersecurity Compliance and certified for Information Security Management according to ISO 27001, TISAX and ISO 19011 certified Lead Auditor.

Cristina Popescu is a Consultant with Omnex Inc . Cristina has a wide range of experience in business systems having been involved in Strategic Planning and Risk Assessment, Design, Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Environmental / Health and Safety management, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain management as well as Continual Improvement. She was instrumental in setting up new locations, globally, from budget set-up to business systems implementation, evaluation, feedback and corrections.

Cristina has 30+ years of experience, in North America, Europe and Asia, serving various industries like automotive, electronics with embedded software, consumer goods, aerospace, military, medical devices, warehousing and call centers. She was involved in setting up and monitoring integrated business systems, as well as their evaluation and feedback by performing internal and second party audits for over 20 years.

As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt she managed the implementation of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing programs, conducted training and oversaw the Green Belt certifications. She led the deployment of Lean Six Sigma Projects in various processes within the plant and supply chain and drove change by championing the identification, prioritization, selection, execution and result evaluation of lean Six Sigma projects.

During her progressive career, Ms Popescu has held various managerial positions in Design, Quality, Manufacturing as well as Continual Improvement working with different reputable Tier One companies such as Magna Intl, Martin Rea, Alcohol Countermeasure Systems and RB&W.

Cristina performed work in implementing various OEM systems such as QOS, BIQS and Q1, as active participant in the development of the internal systems to meet customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements.

She also worked in regulated markets dealing with product subject to United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Department of Defense (DoD) requirements as well as various other countries specific type approvals.

Management Excellence Certificate with 50 professional courses in various automotive business areas. Catalina Sirbu is a Consultant with extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of Project Management, Product Development and Research, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Operations Management and Lean Manufacturing. Catalina is detail oriented with critical thinking and results driven; energized by Problem Solving and continually focused on cost reduction. She has extensive experience working in high volume manufacturing industries, OEM Machinery and OEM Automotive.

Out of 11 years working experience in ball and roller bearings industry, while working for FAG (Schaeffler), she spent 7 years on applied research to improve lifetime of new products, processes or services, used in Automotive, Aerospace and Nuclear industries. She applied research to improve bearings design with the goal of obtaining the best quality with the lowest price. She then continued her career working in Automotive industry/ Tier 1 supplier of interior/ exterior parts, focusing on project management, quality management, design and process improvement, supplier development process and problem resolution process. For 7 years Catalina succeeded as Program Manager, managing all APQP activities by leading multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful program launches. For another 5 years, Catalina also wanted to take the challenge and manage projects in OEM Machinery industry, as well worldwide coordination the intervention teams for commissioning, calibration, startup and repair of technological equipment, when she discovered she is energized by problem solving and continuous improvement activities.

Catalina comes to Omnex with over 4 years experience as Corporate Technical Training and Development Specialist for Magna International. She provided Magna International and its divisions with highly- sophisticated technical engineering and operations assistance in the practical aspects of engineering, project management, operations and quality assurance related areas. Catalina developed project plans, organized multiple workshops, applied Risk Analysis in design phase of automotive products -DFMEA, as well as risk analysis related to process: FMEA. She worked with multiple groups to apply Risk Analysis in design phase of machinery/ equipment to reduce the probability that potential failure modes will occur (MFMEA). Catalina trained DOE and had workshops to improve and optimize fabrication processes for Injection Moulding, Roll Forming, Aluminum Casting, welding, and Assembly.

She assisted design groups on defining the GD&T based on the application type and part functionality. Catalina contributed to manuals development as well as offering support on all automotive requirements (IATF 16949), Customer Specific Requirements and Internal Audits.

Brad Gilreath is an Omnex Quality Trainer/Engineer that has provided professional training and consulting in several areas of quality assurance and Management Systems. This includes all current revisions of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, AS9100C, VDA 6.3 and ISO 13485. His experience includes providing instruction for the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) in the areas of Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor Courses and Core Tools (SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, and FMEA). His qualifications also include certification as a Ford 8D Problem Solving Instructor and utilizing the principles of the Toyota Production System while teaching and implementing Lean Manufacturing.

Brad has professional experience working within industry where he was the Quality Manager and Continuous Improvement Coordinator for a Tier 1 Tooling Supplier, Tier 2 Plastic Injection Molding Company and an aftermarket air spring suspension supplier.

Through 2016, Brad has provided classroom instruction to over 15,000 individuals. His teaching style is very engaging and believes in making all of his courses relevant to each learner. He clearly articulates complex information to make concepts easy to understand through activities, visuals and many industry examples. Brad believes that there is much more for learners than just gaining knowledge; they must also understand the systems and processes critical to applying the skills they have obtained.

Chad Kymal is the CTO and Founder of Omnex and President of Omnex Systems. He is responsible for strategic direction and focus for Omnex and the EwQIMS software. His core beliefs include the importance of Collaboration and Digitalization, Virtual lifelong learning , and AI in workflows. Chad started his career at General Motors and has since spent over 40 years writing books, papers, and guiding Omnex customers on their best-in-class journeys.

Chad and Greg Gruska discovered the linkages between the Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plans and Work Instructions in the 1980s, which led to the Omnex methodology for PFMEA and Omnex’s AQuA Pro Software. His recent work has been in the area of multipoint FMEAs and the integration of Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, ASPICE and other standards has also been incorporated into the Omnex EwQIMS solution. When he is not working with Omnex, he contributes to global standards by participating on various standards committees that help write ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Health and Safety Management Systems), ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and SOTIF (Safety of the Intended Function).

Over the course of Chad’s successful career, he has served on the Malcolm Baldrige Board of Examiners and has received numerous quality achievement awards including the Quality Professional of the Year, award by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Automotive Division in 2005. In addition to his bachelor’s degree from GMI, Chad holds both a master’s degree in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and an MBA Cum Laude from the University of Michigan. He is a member of Tau Beta Pi.

R. Dan Reid the Omnex Director of Standards and Consulting is best known as an author of ISO Technical Specification (TS) 16949, ISO 9001:2000, QS-9000 and the first ISO International Workshop Agreement (IWA 1), which applies ISO 9001 to healthcare. He was a subject matter expert on the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Guideline released in 2014. He also worked on the Chrysler, Ford. GM Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Production Part Approval Process and APQP manuals.

While at General Motors, Reid held a number of Purchasing assignments, e. g. Senior Manager, Planner, Business Systems Manager, Purchasing Agent, Senior Buyer at GM Truck, GM Powertrain, GM Service Parts Divisions and the GM Corporate Headquarters. He served on Purchasing Sourcing teams, developed supplier risk mitigation plans, worked on divestitures and financially-troubled supplier management. He also led the GM North American Supplier Development Administration and served on the Chrysler, Ford, GM Supplier Quality Requirements Task Force, which was responsible for the development and global implementation of QS-9000 and ISO TS/16949. Additionally, Dan has experience working with the new IATF 16949.

While at AIAG, he led successful project teams for Effective Problem Solving, Cost of Poor Quality and Supplier Management. He also developed a certification process for Supplier Quality coaches, a self-assessment for the AIAG Core Tools, e.g. SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP, FMEA and a new VDA 6.3 course.

Dave Watkins is the Executive Vice President and Director of International Operations for Omnex, Inc., Dave has a wide range of experience encompassing full profit and loss responsibility in General Management, as well as manufacturing, production, Human Resources and distribution management in a variety of industries. His experience includes extensive work with Ford Motor Company including being on the Ford QOS Development Team (QOS Wheel Team) and assisting with the implementation of Ford Q1. His Ford experience also includes FCSD and GPDS including helping develop and deploy new product launch in multiple companies globally.

He has developed and delivered training and consulting services domestically and in all major international markets, primarily to senior and executive management groups, in the strategic implementation of integrated management systems incorporating QS/ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS 16949:2002, QOS/BOS, Product Development & Launch (NPD), Supplier Development & Supply Chain Management, and lean enterprise systems in rational, profit oriented solutions.

Dave's focus is on employing approaches that enhance the client's ability to create value for customers and stockholders; as a result he is particularly adept at the integration of quality and business management systems to enhance overall performance and competitive capability.

Dave has delivered papers on a variety of topics in the U.S., India, Bahrain, Thailand and China, as well as having articles published in a number of periodicals.

His education includes a BA from Widener University and numerous professional courses. Dave has served on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association, as a Trustee for the IMA’s Education Foundation, and as a Trustee for Northeastern Illinois University Foundation.

Dean Klepaczyk is an enthusiastic Quality advocate with a broad knowledge of manufacturing processes. He has spent over 16 years in the Quality field in addition to running his own business. Dean has been a Quality Manager for an OEM and First Tier Supplier, and has worked at OEMs for industrial, commercial trucking, marine, and medical applications. Mr. Klepaczyk is a certified IATF 16949 Lead Auditor.

Dean has worked in many Quality positions and has experience in incoming, in-process, and final inspection, calibration, product development, audits, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, corrective action, problem solving, lean manufacturing, error proofing, documentation, supplier quality and handling customer quality issues.

Dean has developed a QS-9000 documentation system from the ground up, and has been through certification, surveillance, and re-certification audits for QS-9001 and ISO 9001. He has conducted internal audits to several standards, including GMP requirements for Class II medical devices.

During his career, Dean has become familiar with several manufacturing processes, including, but not limited to, injection molding, manual and machine assembly, electronic assembly and testing, welding, aluminum casting, heat treating, screw machines, lathes, centerless grinding, powder coating, painting, plating and anodizing, vinyl casting, foaming, stamping, wire forming, and CNC machining.

Greg Gruska is the Omnex Champion for ISO 26262, and a Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ). He has led multiple ISO 26262 engagements for Omnex for the last several years. His strength in ISO 26262 is a strong understanding and experience in systems engineering and reliability/safety analysis in both hardware and software development. Greg managed the Quality Engineering Activity at Chevrolet. This group provided benchmarking, quality engineering and statistical support to all divisional and corporate activities and their suppliers. Besides the application of statistics within the design, manufacturing, and support environments, this group was active in the development of new technologies and training in these areas. Greg additional served as a Divisional and Corporate consultant in Statistical Engineering and Management. He has traveled extensively in assisting engineering, financial, and support staffs and manufacturing plants in the investigation and solution of problems affecting quality, new product development, product failures and customer satisfaction.

Greg has also been a writing member of the MSA, SPC, FMEA, and EFMEA Manual subcommittees of the American Automotive industry’s Supplier Quality Requirements Task Force which is part of the international task force governing TS-16949. Greg is an adjunct professor at Madonna University. He has advanced degrees in mathematics and engineering from the University of Detroit, Michigan State University and Wayne State University. He was the Deming Memorial Lecturer at the Sheffield Hallam University for the year 2000.

Greg is a charter member of the Greater Detroit Deming Study Group and the W. E. Deming Institute. He is an ASQ certified Quality Engineer, a licensed Professional Engineer (CA - Quality) and a member of the Board of Examiners of and Judge for the Michigan Quality Leadership Award (1994-2011). Greg is on the writing committee of AIAG on FMEA, a member of the SAE Functional Safety Committee (J2980) and is considered one of the foremost authorities on risk management in the world. He has considerable hardware and software experience in Automotive applications.

John Pappachan one of Omnex's practice champions for Lean and integrated Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, joined our team at Omnex’s global Headquarters in 2003. John brings to Omnex a wide and varied experience involving more than 3 decades of work in a broad spectrum of industries ranging from Pharmaceuticals through Plastics molding, stampings, castings, Medical Devices, PCB/PCBA, Display Panels and others.

Starting with QMS standards like ISO 9000:1994, John has had significant experience in a variety of management systems including QS 9000, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.

An expert in statistical process control and disciplined problem solving, John added significant savings and efficiency to the plant floor of a major Tier One Plastics molding company in North America through the use of Lean methodologies and re-engineering. Following this work, John became the Global Quality Director of Destaco. After this, he left manufacturing management to help global industries in reducing waste and re-work with the expertise he had acquired over a period of more than 20 years.

A post-graduate in Business Management, John has proven his mettle by implementing Integrated Management Systems comprised of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001 for global majors across various continents. As a consultant and certified lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949, he has also helped several companies in the US and abroad to acquire product certification according to CE guidelines.

In addition to practical experience in QMS and EMS management systems, his expertise in Lean principles involves core areas of interest such as Cycle Time reduction, Visual Factory and Kanban. All major clients with whom he has worked have appreciated his logical and analytical capabilities in drawing up future state maps incorporating breakthrough improvements in flow and capability.

Julio Rodriguez is an Omnex Senior Consultant assisting the Automotive and Aerospace industries in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and Quality Systems. Julio’s teaching experience includes serving as Professor at ITESM, External Consultant Instructor at a variety Manufacturing Facilities, Internal Instructor at Continental, and as a Teaching Assistant at University of Victoria, Canada. His professional career includes a variety of different roles with the Automotive and Aerospace industries, such as Engineering Manager, Program Manager, Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer, and Mechanical Development Engineer. Julio possesses strong international and multicultural experience working and living abroad (Canada, Germany and USA).

Ken is a Lean Manufacturing Coach and Executive Advisor with extensive Management, Process Improvement & Strategic Development experience that desires to be a vital contributor to an operation in need of immediate assistance. Ken is a certified IATF 16949 and Core Tools Lead Auditor.

His experience as a Lean Coach for the past 18 years at Ford Motor Company has been at a leadership position working with Manufacturing Directors and Plant Management Teams developing strategies and standards for a successful implementation at a plant level. The keys to success and therefore his focus has been on organizational alignment, policy deployment and confirmation of standards by the leadership teams. Kumar Sivan is an Engineer with a diverse technical international background that covers exposure to a variety of manufacturing industries across 3 continents. Kumar is a certified IATF 16949 and Core Tools Lead Auditor.

Martin Garcia García is an Omnex Trainer and Consultant with over 40 years of experience in the Automotive Industry for both OEM’s and global suppliers. During his career he has contributed to the development of corporate leaders through the teaching, counseling and practicing of core Manufacturing and Quality technical and science-based approaches.

Martin worked for many years for Ford Motor Company where he contributed in different roles to the successful launch of 20+ Ford Products. He developed the Mexican STA Organization as part of the found leading team and also established the STA organization in Thailand.

Martin’s technical training and certification includes Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing, Black Belt certification and a vast range of quality tools including: SPC, Gage R&R, DOE, Control Plans, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Problem Solving, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.

Matthew D'luzansky is part of the Omnex consulting and training team. Matthew has experience with traditional fuel and electric vehicles, troubleshooting and solving electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues with both propulsion and safety systems. Matthew provides consulting in strategy and implementation, including Quality and Functional Safety Management Systems, Gap Analysis, and Auditing, to bring sites into Conformance. (ISO 26262, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ASPICE) Specific recent focus is on developing training materials based on the latest Functional Safety release, ISO 26262:2018, as well as SOTIF and Cybersecurity.

Medhat Habashi is an Omnex consultant. He has over 30 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Supplier Quality/auditing, Continuous Improvement, Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) with an extensive hands on experience in product quality, supplier auditing, testing and product/supplier improvement.

In his work in Quality Management, Medhat is an established Quality Director/Manager lead. He has developed and implemented quality systems for a wide range of companies in the Automotive and Aerospace industries, including OEMs, their suppliers and chemical processing companies. Michael Checketts is a Senior Manager with extensive Engineering, Quality and Regulatory management experience. He also well understands the need for reducing costs while continually improving quality & compliance/conformance. Michael is a certified Lead Auditor for IATF 16949, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015 and Core Tools.

Mr. Checketts has extensive experience in the Medical Device industry, and served as a Manufacturing Engineer & Engineering Manager for Abbott Laboratories, where many products were successfully moved from R&D to manufacturing. Improvements in manufacturability became his forte. Michael transitioned into the Medical Device startup company environment and utilized these same techniques to provide superior manufacturability. Utilizing tools such as SPC, and verification/validation techniques (IQ/OQ/PQ, incorporating DOE and Process Capability) was key to his success. These companies were subsequently acquired by major medical device companies (EP Technologies by Boston Scientific and VidaMed by Medtronic). All facets of engineering have been managed by Michael. He has been directly responsible for product design and measurement including blue print reading, technical feasibility analysis, GD&T design realization and verification. He has a deep understanding and extensive practical experience of dimension requirement in Euro-America industry, including ASME Y14.5M-2009, GPS ISO 1101-2004 and GB/T1182-2008. He is adept at describing the function requirement of product precisely by using clear and concise GD&T language, in order to optimize and economize the product design. He has a wealth of on-site experience in projection measurement and CMM application. He is also very familiar with gage (checking fixture) design, review and acceptance.

Mr. Jack Jin has been working in manufacturing industry for more than 15 years. He had studied in Japan received a bachelor’s degree of Industrial Management in Japan. Mr. Jin has led the Lean implementations in a couple of major Japanese companies. He was the Manufacturing Department Senior Manager and Vice General Manager in Hitachi China. He was a Lean and Quality improvement manager for almost 10 years during which his focus was on the education of internal staff. The service areas included automotive components, electronic consuming products, electric and industrial equipment, medical and telecommunications, home electric appliance, construction machine and civil commuter transportations.

Mr. Jin’s expertise is on the establishment of the Lean structure and culture for the enterprise based on the corporate mid and long term Lean strategy. He believes all the Lean implementation must be combined with corporate values and goals in order for the enterprise to be improved.

Wenchao Yan is Senior Consultant of OMNEX and TWI/MTP Product Manager of OMNEX in China, Mr. Yan received his certification for TWI training from the Japanese Industrial Training Association (JITA) in 2008. He is one of the first certified TWI lecturers in China and also to be one of the few lecturers who received the certification of both TWI four modules and the MTP module.

Mr. Yan has 15 year’s of rich experience in site management, from the bottom of the team leader of the company, to the group leader of maintenance, the director of the equipment in workshop, director of the workshop, the manager of the Research and Development department (R&D), the manager of the continuous improvement and other positions. He is familiar with the total management, and proficient in several applications of the lean production series.
