Workshop Content

This three-day Workshop is designed to provide key individuals with the knowledge to facilitate the leadership, implementation and deployment of Six Sigma and the mentoring of Black Belts.

Workshop Goals

  • Understand how to identify and support Black Belt candidates as they progress through their projects
  • Learn how to monitor Black Belts performance, project progress, and remove barriers to successful completion of projects.

Who Should Attend

Persons in a plant and/or organization with Profit and Loss responsibility; plant managers, area managers; those who will drive effective Six Sigma Deployment strategies in an organization.
